With a maximum manufacturing height of 3m, weight capacity of 120Kg, and leaf width of 1.25m, this door provides versatility for various project requirements.

To enhance efficiency and reduce waste, Reynaers supplies profiles in optimized bar lengths, including 5.1m for doors up to 2.5m in height. The system also offers a range of universal fixation pieces for simplified installation and minimized stock requirements. Additionally, Reynaers has collaborated with key industry suppliers to provide high-quality hardware solutions tailored to the Vision 7 door.

The technical advancements of the Vision 7 door are truly impressive. With a new style bulb featuring a 40mm radius, the door can achieve a U-value of 1.4W/m2K with double glazing and an exceptional 1.1W/m2K with triple glazing. The system supports glass thickness up to 50mm, and both Standard and HI variants are available. Furthermore, the door seamlessly integrates with MasterLine 8 windows and doors with a 100mm outer frame.

One of the standout features of the Vision 7 door is its unique post-installation pivot adjustment capability, which streamlines the installation process and saves valuable time on-site. This feature allows for bottom pivot adjustments to be made without the need to remove the door multiple times, enhancing convenience for installers.

With over 400,000 open and close double swing cycles completed, the door has proven its longevity and reliability.
