Forest Campus: A Pinnacle of Polish Architecture

In the vibrant heart of Warsaw, a shining testament to architectural excellence and eco-friendliness stands tall. Forest Campus, unveiled in 2022, has rapidly emerged as a beacon of aesthetic and technical triumph in the realm of Polish architecture. Its verdant courtyard, a towering tripartite structure reaching 120 meters, and an expansive 80,000 square meters of innovative spaces, including flexible layouts, co-working zones, and enticing retail and dining areas, have beckoned over 20 esteemed companies to call this visionary complex their home.

Nature-Inspired Design

The façade of Forest Campus, adorned with bronze-hued vertical slats reminiscent of tree bark, seamlessly blends with the surrounding environment. Inside, the natural color palette pays homage to the beauty of flora. This nature-inspired design was conceived by the visionary Polish architects at HRA. But their vision extended beyond aesthetics; they aimed to minimize the carbon footprint and elevate energy efficiency. To realize these lofty goals, they turned to Saint-Gobain, integrating over twenty of our cutting-edge solutions. Among them are COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 solar control glass and COOL-LITE® SKN 176 highly transparent glass, complemented by Isover stone wool panels, Rigips® plasterboard, and Ecophon® acoustic ceilings.

Awards and Accolades

Forest Campus is not just a testament to architectural brilliance; it’s also a paragon of sustainability. Recognized with BREEAM certification at the excellent level and WELL certification, it continues to amass accolades. Among its many honors, it clinched the prestigious Polish Green Building Award (PLGBC) in 2021. The year 2023 brought fresh laurels with three new awards, celebrating its architectural prowess, accessibility, and its role in propelling the real estate market forward.
